Good for price. Hard to find another clean/newer hotel for this price in sp. Good service and clean room.
Internet kept cutting out, annoying when trying to research places to go in such a huge city. Shower was one heavy jet stream, but at least it was hot.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. I also appreciate the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently located near many restaurants and a supermarket. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist.
There was no proper storage space in the room. It would have been helpful to have shelves or a wardrobe to unpack and organize my luggage.

The breakfast is terrible...You can think that there is no breakfast in the hotel.During my stay I bought cheese and jams from the market, so that I made my breakfast. If you are travelling with your baby, pls be advised that hotel has no babycourt...Finally hotel is far from the center.Everyday you have to pay 30 brazilian reas for going to somewhere...

Convenient location and affordable prices are the best aspects of this hotel. It’s situated within the city center, close to Avenida Paulista, making it easy to move around and explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, and the simple breakfast includes milk, fruits, juices, and some Brazilian food; which is quite good. the staff is somewhat helpful.
The bathroom is too small, making it hard to move around. The noise levels in the rooms are quite high, making it impossible to relax and enjoy the stay during nights.

The staff were very nice, they let us leave our luggage few hours after we checked out already, which was very useful. They have good location (close to Anhangabau and Republica subway station). Very good acomodations and breakfast. I definitely recomend this hotel.
Just be careful with the neighbourhood, especially at night.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. We felt like we got a great deal for what we paid. The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with the lively nightlife of Rua Augusta just around the corner and easy walking distance to many central attractions and museums. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided attentive service. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms at this hotel were a reasonable size and provided basic amenities. They were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The noise level at this hotel, particularly from the nearby highway and single-glazed windows, could be a bit disruptive at times.

For the price the rooms were simple-modern and clean. The staff really was helpful despite the language barrier and had very good customer service. The breakfast was also above our expectations.
The only downside was the location, which although there was a cute street of venues, I would not recommend walking beyond that to the subway after dark.

Comfort, cleanliness and great design.
The location at night is dangerous, but I think anywhere in Sao Paulo is like that. Be sure to get a taxi even if going 200m
